Warranty Period
All hair extension products are covered by a 30-day warranty period from the date of delivery.
According to Amazon’s Return Policy, most items are eligible for return, refund, or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is returned in its original and unused condition.
To ensure eligibility for warranty service, products must be maintained in factory condition and must not have been altered, damaged, or improperly handled.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers product quality issues, including but not limited to:
✔ Excessive Shedding
- Unusual or excessive hair shedding beyond normal expectations.
✔ Abnormal Tangling or Matting
- Severe tangling or knotting caused by product quality issues.
✔ Missing or Damaged Accessories
- Missing accessories included with the original package.
- Accessories damaged upon arrival.
✔ Incorrect Product Received
- Product received does not match the item originally ordered.
- Incorrect length, color, style, or product type delivered.
✔ Product Defects Upon Arrival
- Manufacturing defects or quality issues identified after receiving the product.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper use, personal modifications, or normal wear and tear, including:
✘ Chemical Treatment or Self-Dyeing
- Hair damage, breakage, excessive shedding, or color changes caused by customer-applied dyeing, bleaching, perming, or other chemical treatments.
✘ Improper Installation
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper attachment methods, or professional installation mistakes.
✘ Normal Wear and Tear
- Natural shedding, minor tangling, or changes caused by regular use over time.
✘ Heat Damage
- Damage caused by excessive use of curling irons, straighteners, blow dryers, or other heat styling tools.
✘ Water or Environmental Damage
- Fading, dryness, or damage caused by swimming pools, seawater, chlorine, or prolonged exposure to water.
✘ Altered Products
- Products that have been cut, restyled, modified, or otherwise changed from their original condition.
Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order information.
Step 2: Provide Evidence
Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product. Our team will review the provided information and confirm eligibility.
Step 3: Product Inspection
After warranty approval, you may be required to return the product for inspection.
The product must be returned:
- Unused or in acceptable condition according to warranty requirements.
- With original packaging when applicable.
- With all included accessories, tags, authenticity labels, and security stickers intact.
Step 4: Resolution
Once our Quality Control team completes the inspection, we will provide an appropriate solution, including:
- Replacement of the product.
- Refund according to the applicable policy.
- Other solutions approved by our customer service team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after product inspection.
